Cascade is Carol Brooking and Kit Maher. They have worked with a number of Dental Foundation Training groups running training workshops. Carol and Kit will run an interactive workshop to look at common communication issues between dentists and patients and also between dentists and other members of the dental team. The aim of the workshop is to explore communication skills, which have an impact on staff and client relationships. They will be looking at listening skills, body language, the importance of vocal tone, conflict resolution and a better understanding of the needs and concerns of others. The session is structured to be fun, engaging and different from other ‘traditional’ types of training. There is no role-play.
Tea/Coffee will be served outside the Bluebell Suite at 2.30pm
